check windows security/controlled folder access. if on add exceptions for game launcher/game. game launcher needs to create folder. Documents\My Games\Oblivion. folder should contain files BlendSettings.ini Oblivion.ini RendererInfo.txt. and after game starts your saves folder.

Hey guys, so needless to say, I didn't get the ring from the damn mage before reading out the scroll of REVERSE INVISIBILITY. Now my luck is down to 18, and that's very bad for any character, particular a Thief. I've been slowly trying to bring up Luck back to 60 (original value), but then number remains to be red nonetheless. Is there a way to turn it back to normal (black) again?
