Tân Bình is a rural commune (xã) of Mỏ Cày Bắc District, Bến Tre Province, Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. The commune covers 9.94 km2, with a population of 8493 (2009), and a population density of 854 inhabitants/km 2 .
As of 2019, the district had a population of 99,457, [3] with Muong people accounting for about 70% of the population. The district covers an area of 369.85 km 2.The district capital lies at Lương Sơn.
