Phelps County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located in Rolla, Phelps County, Missouri. The original section was built between 1860 and 1868 and is a two-story, Greek Revival style brick building. The original building measures approximately 45 feet by 65 feet. It sits on a stone foundation and has a low-pitched gable roof.

Old town Rolla was located along Main Street near the Courthouse. The business district moved to Pine Street in the late 19th century. Following the Union defeat at Wilson's Creek on August 10, 1861, the Union Army fell back to Rolla and began building an earthen fort on a hill alongside present Highway 63 about a mile from the Courthouse.
The National Bank of Rolla Building was opened in March 1931 at 8th and Pine Streets in Rolla, Missouri, midway between St. Louis and Springfield.
