Tancredo Neves was born at 3:30 BRT on 4 March 1910 in São João del-Rei, Minas Gerais and was of mostly Portuguese, but also Austrian descent [5] and graduated in law. Presidente Tancredo Neves is a municipality in the state of Bahia in Brazil. The population is 28,004 (2020 est.) in an area of 417.20 km². The town is named after Tancredo Neves, elected president of Brazil in 1985.
Ginásio Municipal Tancredo Neves is an indoor sporting arena located in Uberlândia, Brazil. The capacity of the arena is 8,000 spectators and opened in 2007. It hosts indoor sporting events such as basketball and volleyball, and also hosts concerts. It stands just to the east of Estádio Parque do Sabiá.
