The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP; Filipino: Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas [4] [5]) is a coeducational state university in Manila, Philippines.It was founded on 19 October 1904, as the Manila Business School (MBS) and as part of Manila's public school system.
The CTHTM Library is located on the second floor of the PUP Hasmin Hostel Building at M. H. del Pilar Campus, R. Magsaysay Blvd., Sta. Mesa, Manila. Its collections consist of books and other library materials to support the curricular needs of students taking up courses on Tourism, Hospitality and Transportation Management.

The northeast boundary of Santa Mesa is west of SM City Sta.
