The Queensbury Hotel, in Glens Falls, New York, is a historic hotel built in 1926. [ 1 ] It featured Colonial Revival architecture in its exterior, mahogany in its interior styling and room doors, and had more than 200 rooms. [ 2 ]

In 2012, the restaurant's sommelier Pieter Verheyde was recognised as the “Best Sommelier of Belgium 2012”. In 2016, Mathieu Vanneste from Hof van Cleve was honored with the same award. In 2020, the restaurant was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic during the first (March — June 2020) and second (October 2020 — June 2021) lockdown.

The first Le Pain Quotidien - Rue Dansaert, Brussels. Founder Alain Coumont opened Le Pain Quotidien on 26 October 1990 at 16 rue Dansaert in Brussels. [3] As a young chef, Coumont was dissatisfied with the quality of bread available in Brussels, so he began making his own, mixing flour, water and salt into the familiar loaves of his childhood.
