Gun-Marie Fredriksson was born on 30 May 1958 outside the small Swedish village of Össjö. [4] She was the youngest of five children born of Charles Gösta Fredriksson (1914–1981) and Inez Dagmar Fredriksson (née Hoffert, 1922–1998). [5]
Fredriksson performed three songs ("Ann Katrin, Farväl", "Felicia – Adjö" and "Veronica"), and was a featured vocalist on "Somliga går med trasiga skor" by Eldkvarn. She also co-produced and arranged the album's intro and outro, both performed by flautist Björn J:son Lindh .
