Flat Duo Jets was an American rock band from Carrboro, North Carolina, and Athens, Georgia. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] This rockabilly, punk blues, and psychobilly band was a major influence on several bands of the 1990s and 2000s, including The White Stripes .
The Flat Duo Jets' first release, In Stereo, was recorded live in the studio in 1985 and originally released on cassette by Dolphin Records.
