Mike Capaccio (born December 17, 1957) is an American athletics administrator, currently serving as athletic director of The Citadel Bulldogs in Charleston, South Carolina. He was named to that position in 2018. He previously served as athletic director at UNC Wilmington for two years, and as CEO of the Brunswick Community College Foundation.

The Bulldogs are one of the leading programs in the Southern Conference, trailing only Western Carolina in total championships by one, with all other programs several behind the two leaders.
In 1927 the Bulldogs claimed the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association Tournament title, defeating Mercer for their only conference championship. Notably, the Citadel is one of only two Division I schools that do not sponsor women's basketball. The other is fellow Southern Conference member and senior military college: VMI.
