Ranch to Market Road 32 (RM 32) is located in Blanco, Comal, and Hays counties. The road begins at US 281 south of Blanco , and continues east as it enters Comal County. In Fischer , FM 3424 ends there, and upon entering Hays County, the highway ends at an intersection with RM 12 in Wimberley .
The road then proceeds northward through ranch land along drainage canyons [51] [54] before ending at I-10 approximately 22 miles (35 km) east of Fort Stockton. [50] [55] RM 2023 was designated on November 24, 1959, along its current route. The route previously ended at US 290, the predecessor to I-10 through much of western Texas. [50]
