Al Rafisah Dam [1] (Arabic: سدّ اٱرَّفِيْصَة, romanized: Sudd Ar-Rafīṣah) [2] is a dam in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It dams the Wadi Shie , a seasonal waterway in the Hajar Mountains that runs down to the city of Khor Fakkan on the east coast of Sharjah.
The rest house (also known as the 'cloud lounge') is reached by a 5.6 km roadway cut out of the mountain and is located 580 metres above sea level.
