Primary, alternate, contingency and emergency (PACE) is a methodology used to build a communication plan. [1] The method requires the author to determine the different stakeholders or parties that need to communicate and then determine, if possible, the best four, different, redundant forms of communication between each of those parties.

It is a process that helps an organization to be systematic as one within the bounds of communication.
Business communication is the act of information being exchanged between two-parties or more for the purpose, functions, goals, or commercial activities of an organization. [1] Communication in business can be internal which is employee-to-superior or peer-to-peer, overall it is organizational communication.
External Communication This refers to the communication to the shareholders, stock market, customers, regulators, vendors, and other entities outside the company's formal boundaries. The annual report is an example of external communication around the company performance, financial statements, vision, goals and targets.
