Basic personality: The five-factor model (FFM, a.k.a. the Big Five). There are some good free tests, including the Big Five Inventory (BFI; might take some work to score it). There is also a long-term Big Five personality project website... can't remember it right now, but it gives you results and cool interpretations when you're done.

I think you're reading way too much into it. It's probably random stock photos that some company or other threw together with a pseudoscientific spiel about personality and sold the company on. Either that or it's just to weed out the people who won't take the time to do a pointless test like that because they probably won't stick around long.
There really is no "100% accurate" test, since to be fairly sure about your type, you have to do some researches about functions, and how they relate to MBTI. But, tests are a good start, or a good ending if you don't want to study it a bit.
