The Philadelphia Premium Outlets is a 553,000-square-foot (51,400 m 2) open-air outlet mall located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, 35 miles northwest of Philadelphia. It is located off an interchange of U.S. Route 422 near the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. It is owned by the Premium Outlets division of Simon Property Group.
The mall is regarded as one of three most successful locations for retailers entering the Philadelphia market due to its location and store selection. [5] In 2019, the Willow Grove Park Mall saw sales per square foot of $763, which is the highest among all malls owned by PREIT. [ 44 ]
The mall was also home to a location of prominent cheesesteak restaurant chain Jim's Steaks, closed due to health violations in 2017.
