Rajiv Ranjan Singh (born 24 January 1955), also known as Lalan Singh, is an Indian politician who is serving as 11th Minister of Panchayati Raj, and 3rd Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying since 2024. He is also the Member of Parliament representing Munger in the 17th Lok Sabha from Janata Dal (United).
