The Palmer House – A Hilton Hotel is a historic hotel in Chicago's Loop area. It is a member of the Historic Hotels of America [ 1 ] program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation . The first Palmer House opened in 1870, and the present building (the third) in 1925.

The Palmer House is a historic hotel in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1901 and expanded in 1916. [ 2 ] The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for having local significance in the themes of commerce and social history. [ 3 ]
The first building and Palmer's home was a hotel in the center of the newly platted area. He kept it for a few years, but then built Palmer House near the town's outskirts in 1852 or 1857. [5] [8] [9] [10] The house has survived several floods and at least one major fire.
Four years later in 1924, Palmer traded the entire parcel and home to T.J. Long, for the Long's house further down Pennsylvania Avenue. [6] The house won a $5 third-place prize in the 1927 Chehalis Better Home Premises contest. [7] A renovation, done by homeowners at the time, was completed in 1999. [3]
The Palmer House is located south of Pittsford's village center, a short way southeast of the junction of US 7 and Vermont Route 3, on the northeast side of the road. It is a 2 + 1 ⁄ 2-story brick building, set at the back of a semicircular drive. It has a gable roof and is set on a marble foundation.

The Palmer House, a five-story Senior Citizens residence at 360 Delaware Avenue is on the site of the former Palm Theater. [6] The Palmerton Historic District, covering the downtown area, was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 19, 2018. [7]
