No. since the latest update of the Sims 4 all my cc hair started to look weird in game play. CC hair gets strange strands of hair in different colors (e.g. if the hair was set to be blond in "create a sim" it would be blond with a lot of black strands in "game play") and the cc eyelashes would be pictalated.

The easy way to check is to rename your current The Sims 4 folder and start the game to let it generate a new one. Then after making and placing the sim. Save and exit. Then put the hair that is causing the problem in the new game's mod folder by itself and restart the game. Put the hair on a sim and go to live mode to see if shows up.
I don't have any of those 3 settings checked (uncompressed Sim texture, post processing effects, and laptop mode) but I have tried leaving one checked and the rest unchecked with the three of them, I also removed all my CC and only added one hair and I'm still having this problem, I'm guessing it's something wrong with the game itself.
Check Your settings, You propably have "laptop mode" on, I belive that's what caused that issue. If that doesn't help it might be that your computer does not meet the minimum requirements, I would check that also. Solved: Hi!
