Zum Zum was a New York City based restaurant chain that operated from the 1960s to the 1980s. The restaurants served German cuisine . The rights were purchased in early 2022 by William Belida, owner of The Salon Group in NYC and is in the process of re-launching with an updated menu and brand focus.

The Hungarian Pastry Shop is a café and bakery in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. It is located at 1030 Amsterdam Avenue between West 110th Street (also known as Cathedral Parkway) and West 111th Street, across the street from the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
Alleva Dairy, established in 1892 and located on Grand Street, in the Little Italy neighborhood of Manhattan, was at the time of its closure on March 1, 2023 the oldest cheese shop in the United States. [1] [2] The business was founded by Pino Alleva from Benevento, Italy. [3]
A favorite attraction of the restaurant was its famous cheesecake. In a letter to New York in 1973, Dempsey wrote, "Jack Dempsey's cheesecake has been in existence for almost 40 years. And in New York it is an institution in itself. It is baked on our premises, eaten in our restaurant, as well as airmailed all over the United States and Europe.
It is as much a landmark as an eatery and has frequently been an artist's subject. A portrait of the Yonah Schimmel Knish Bakery by Hedy Pagremanski (b. 1929) is in the permanent collection of the Museum of the City of New York.
