Robert Rich, 3rd Baron Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick (December 1559 – 24 March 1619), was an English nobleman, known as Baron Rich between 1581 and 1618, when he was created Earl of Warwick. He was the first husband of Penelope Devereux , whom he divorced in 1605 on the grounds of her adultery .
Moving to Rich's American headquarters that year, he created the company's first marketing department and took on the new role of vice president of sales and marketing. In 1978 he was named President of Rich's. [1] When his father died in Palm Beach, Florida in 2006, Robert Jr was elected to the position of chairman of Rich Products. [2]
