The B-side song "All That Jazz" was the title track from the band's first album, and had previously been released as a UK-only single in August 1987. "Say Hello" peaked at No. 87 on the UK Singles Chart.
"Don't Tell Me Lies" was not included by Siren Records on the original 10-track British issue of the album All That Jazz. In the United States however, A&M Records substituted album track 9 "For Love or Money" with a special U.S. edit of the extended dance mix of “Don’t Tell Me Lies,” remixed by John Morales.
