    It's just a name, and no longer stands for anything. I have a roll around tool cabinet that began falling apart the day I bought it, took it back, and was told they don't warranty toolboxes. Go to Lowes or Home Depot, look at the quality of the tool boxes they sell, then go compare to a craftsman unit.
