The Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague (USL) (Ukrainian: Українська баскетбольна суперліга) is the first-tier level of professional basketball league in Ukraine. Established in 1992, the league is currently contested by 10 clubs.
The 2023–24 season will be Obolon Kyiv's 33rd season in existence, and their 13th season since being re-established. It will be their first season back in the Ukrainian Premier League since the 2011–12 season. In addition to the league, Obolon Kyiv will also compete in the Ukrainian Cup.
