Hello, I am currently witnessing an Issue on a Fresh installed version of Windows 10 not having paint pre-installed. The program isn't in the Start Menu, Search Box and in the C: Drive. The version in the Microsoft Store isn't available to me, and there is no other versions.
By default the Paint 3D is listed on Start Menu of Windows 10. I confess you that I am not a big fan of this software too, I prefer the Paint old version. Because of this, I pin on my Taskbar and on my Start Menu the Paint old version. To do the same, you can click on Start Menu and type to search "Paint".

This will open a Explorer Window where you can locate the Classic Paint App .exe. Now, the Classic Paint app could normally be found in: C:\Windows\System32\mspaint.exe. So navigate to this location and then click on "Paint.exe". This will set Classic Paint as the default app for .BMP files. Follow the same instructions for .JPEG's if necessary.
