Fortis Healthcare Limited (FHL) [3] is an Indian for-profit private hospital network headquartered in Gurgaon, India. The company began its operations in Mohali , Punjab , where the first Fortis hospital was established.
Wockhardt Hospitals started its first operations with a medical center in Kolkata in 1989 and a heart hospital in Bangalore two years later. The company was incorporated on 28 August 1991 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a public limited company, originally named First Hospitals and Heart Institute Limited. [7]

Mulund station was built to serve the suburb of Mulund, which was laid out in the 1920s. In the 1970s a new goods terminal was constructed at Mulund to handle increased volumes of freight. On 13 March 2003 a bomb exploded on a train pulling into Mulund station at 19:45 hrs. 10 people were killed and 70 injured. [1]
