Recently I got my Latitude 5431 and a WD22TB4 docking station. The noise from the Docking Station drives me crazy! It's not that loud, but it sounds as if the fan is speeding up and slowing down all the time. This is very noticeable and really annoying. I've done all possible OS Updates and Firmware Upgrades, without any change.

Apple’s Latest MacBook Pro Is Powerful but Probably Not Worth the Upgrade. The M4 Pro CPU pushes the performance envelope.
