    I think any roleplaying book should be italicized, but Dungeons & Dragons is more than just books. The long & the short of what I'm saying is, I guess, that Dungeons & Dragons isn't neccisarily the same as Dungeons & Dragons. I don't know of any citation guides for games, though.
