The Communications Advisory Committee, which the Board of Bar Commissioners established earlier this year, is a committee that sources and reviews content for the Bar Bulletin. There are currently 10 open seats on the Committee, which will begin work in 2025.
Carry-Over Limit for Self-Study MCLEs – Amended Rule 18-201 NMRA. On recommendation of the State Bar of New Mexico, the Supreme Court approved amendments to Rule 18-201 NMRA that remove the carry-over limit for self-study Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit hours.
