'Zephirine Drouhin' is a tall, climbing Bourbon rose, 10 to 15 ft (3.0–4.6 m) in height, with a 5 to 8 ft (1.5–2.4 m) spread. It has a semi-double (17–25 petals) bloom form, and is carried singly or in small clusters on short stems. Bloom size is 4 to 5 in (100 to 130 mm). Flower colour ranges from cherry-pink to a deep-rose pink.
They flower repeatedly on vigorous, frequently semi-climbing shrubs with glossy foliage and purple-tinted canes. They were first Introduced in France in 1820 by Henri Antoine Jacques. Examples: 'Louise Odier', 'Mme. Pierre Oger', 'Zéphirine Drouhin' (the last example is often classified under climbing roses).
