Ollie's Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc., commonly referred to as Ollie's Bargain Outlet is an American chain of discount closeout retailers.It was founded in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in 1982 by Morton Bernstein and Mark L.
