Neighborhood Parks. Dick Hemmingsen Park is 2.03 acres on Bailey Street in south Lakewood Springs. It is a beautiful grassy area for enjoying the sun and independent activities. Foli Park is 28.7 acres of beautiful wooded parkland on South Hale Street with the creek running through it.
