The Wisconsin DNR provides registration services for boats, all terrain vehicles, utility terrain vehicles, snowmobiles and off-highway motorcycles. The Wisconsin WI Department of Transportation issues titles and/or registration (license plates) for automobiles, motorcycles, trailers and trucks.
