This is a partial list of award ceremonies that recognize achievements in Hong Kong's popular music industry. In January 2001, IFPI Hong Kong had considered for a music award that would have similar categories to American Grammy Awards and British Brit Awards, but the event has yet to be held as of 2014.
The Jade Solid Gold Awards (Chinese: 勁歌金曲頒獎典禮; Jyutping: ging3 go1 gam1 kuk1 baan1 zoeng2 din2 lai5; also known as J.S.G. Awards Presentation) is one of the main C-pop music award in Hong Kong based on the Jade Solid Gold TVB television show. The award began with the 1984 ceremonial season after the 1983 music season.
