The Parish of St. Vincent de Paul was a national parish of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York. Named for Vincent de Paul and founded in 1841, it was dedicated to serve the needs of the French-speaking population of the city. The parish church was located at 123 West 23rd Street, New York, New York. The parish was closed in January 2013.
In 1947, St. Mary's (Assumption) Church and St. Boniface Church were merged into a single parish with the Vincentians taking responsibility for the joined parishes. In the early 1960s a new site was selected for the construction of a new church, which was to be named in honor of St. Vincent de Paul.

The parish was established as a mission of the St. Mary Star of the Sea Church at Old Point Comfort in 1881. St. Alphonsus, an African American parish established in 1944, was merged with St. Vincent de Paul in 1970. This made it the first historic church in downtown Newport News to be racially integrated.
