WRLO-FM (105.3 MHz) is a radio station in Antigo, Wisconsin, United States, that serves the Rhinelander, Wisconsin area. The station is owned by NRG Media through licensee NRG License Sub, LLC and features programming from United Stations Radio Networks and Westwood One. [2] It broadcasts a classic rock format.
The station went on the air as WZTT on April 17, 1984. On July 8, 1994, the station changed its call sign to the current WHDG. [4]On July 19, 2009, the station moved from their longtime frequency of 97.5 to 97.3 to accommodate the frequency of Glenmore-licensed station WTAQ-FM on 97.5, which serves the Green Bay market and signed on in February 2010.

NRG Media was founded on March 1, 2005, as a result of a merger of NewRadio Group and the radio assets of Waitt Media. At its inception it was the seventh largest radio company in the USA. As of May 2024 [update] , NRG owns and operates 32 radio stations and one translator in four Midwestern states.
WLKD went on the air on August 1, 1978 as WFBZ, playing big band music. The station for only a short period of time became a simulcast of the album-oriented rock/country music format of its FM sister 95.9 WWMH (now WMQA-FM) before discontinuing its simulcast in 1979 when WWMH flipped its format to MOR.
