    Frontier Park is one of the more significant of Erie's city parks, with many recreational and educational uses. The park is located on 33 acres (130,000 m 2) of land along the west side of the Bayfront Parkway between West 6th Street and West 8th Street in the Frontier neighborhood in northwestern Erie. This community park was developed in 1974.
