The school that would become Monmouth University was founded in 1933 as Monmouth Junior College, a two-year junior college under Dean Edward G. Schlaefer. Created in New Jersey during the Great Depression, Monmouth Junior College was intended by Schlaefer to provide an opportunity for higher education to high school graduates in Monmouth County who could not afford to go away to college. The Guggenheim foundation donated the carriage house to Monmouth College—later renamed Monmouth University—in 1961. The school first opened the building as the Performing Arts Center in 1967 after a unique hexagonal experimental theater was added to the carriage house by architect Jerome Morley Larson Sr., AIA of Red Bank, NJ who also remodeled the carriage house as a support facility for ...
The DATA step has executable statements that result in the software taking an action, and declarative statements that provide instructions to read a data set or alter the data's appearance. [4] The DATA step has two phases: compilation and execution. In the compilation phase, declarative statements are processed and syntax errors are identified.

SAS allows a higher transfer speed (SAS-1, SAS-2, SAS-3, and SAS-4 supports data bandwidth of 3, 6, 12, and 24 Gbits/sec, respectively) [10] than most parallel SCSI standards. SAS achieves these speeds on each initiator-target connection, hence getting higher throughput, whereas parallel SCSI shares the speed across the entire multidrop bus.
Denemo integrates the PDF output of LilyPond in its display, allowing some editing operations on the final typeset score. The Mutopia Project, which distributes free content sheet music, uses LilyPond to typeset its music, as does Musipedia, a collaborative music encyclopedia. Emacs' org-mode contains support for embedding LilyPond scores into ...
This frequently involved a keyboard transmitting two types of data (CV and gate), or control modules such as LFOs and envelope generators transmitting CV data: Control voltage (CV) indicates which note (event) to play: a different voltage for each key pressed; those voltages are typically connected to one or more oscillators, thus producing the ...
The standard approach to control systems design is organized in two-steps: . Model identification aims at estimating a nominal model of the system ^ = (; ^), where is the unit-delay operator (for discrete-time transfer functions representation) and ^ is the vector of parameters of identified on a set of data.
