Victory Crossing, formerly Tower Mall, is a shopping mall located in Portsmouth, Virginia. The shopping mall opened in 1973. The mall's original primary anchors were Bradlees (originally J.M. Fields) and Montgomery Ward. It also had some of the most popular mall chains of the 1970s and 1980s including Orange Bowl and Merry Go Round.

Portsmouth is a city in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States.At the 2020 census it had a population of 21,956. [2] A historic seaport and popular summer tourist destination on the Piscataqua River bordering the state of Maine, Portsmouth was formerly the home of the Strategic Air Command's Pease Air Force Base, since converted to Portsmouth International Airport at Pease.
It was constructed in the early 21st century on the site of what had once been HM Gunwharf, Portsmouth. This was one of several such facilities which were established around Britain and the Empire by the Board of Ordnance , where cannons, ammunition and other armaments were stored, repaired and serviced ready for use on land or at sea.
The town in 2024 approved the removal of one of the shopping plazas, The Outlets at Kittery, to be replaced with apartment housing, a hotel, and a restaurant.
