Norton is a city in southwestern Summit County, Ohio, United States, with a 4.4-acre (1.8 ha) district extending into Wayne County. The population was 11,673 at the 2020 census . It is part of the Akron metropolitan area .
The area was first recognized by the city as a local historical neighborhood in 1974, via the City of Dayton Ordinance #24688. [3] [2] St. Anne's Hill was registered on the National Register of Historic Places (No. 86001214) in 1986. [4]

Adjacent to the retail park are two hotels (Premier Inn and Holiday Inn, with the latter being in the 'Orbital Plaza' - an intreguing building similar to the Gherkin in London which can be seen for miles and, for many, is a sign they have arrived at The Orbital).
