Lake Chicot (/ ˈ ʃ iː k oʊ / SHE-ko) is a lake adjacent to the Mississippi River. [1] The lake is located on the east side of Lake Village , Arkansas in Chicot County . It is the largest oxbow lake in North America , as well as the largest natural lake in Arkansas .
