Kigali Green Complex (KGC), is a building under construction in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda and the largest city in that country. With 29 above-ground floors, the skyscraper is expected to be the tallest building in Kigali and Rwanda, at the time of completion. The design calls for an additional 6 underground floors. [1]
In 2005 the European Union (EU) signed a contract with the Rwandan government for a major water project in the Bugesera Region (Kigali rural) worth 16 billion Rwandan francs (Euro 23.24 million). Vision City is multi-phase housing development in Kigali, Rwanda currently being built by Ultimate Developers LTD for the Rwanda Social Security Board. At 4500 units [1] and a total cost of 150 million USD [2] it is the largest residential housing project in the country's history. [3] The first 500 units were completed in 2017.
