I would try 60 grams and see how your stomach handles it. this is true, 60g of whey will shoot through you 2 fast, 60g of casein will give you the sh*ts. and 60g of Mix protein will also give you the sh*ts. Take half the MRP then wait 1-2 hours then take the other 30g worth.
