Hi there. I believe the website says about 14 days for the results to be sent to the doctor. They will not send them to you, but they will tell you when they sent them off to the doctor. I would call IGeneX in 15 days and ask when/if they sent them to the doctor, and then call the doctor in a few days...as IGeneX mails the results.
It can take up to 3-6 months for your body to adjust after stopping the pill. In the meantime, you might try taking a B complex vitamin every day and see if that helps you feel better. The pill depletes B vitamins (at least four of them), hence making you moody, anxious, etc. Good luck. Last edited by kittywitty; 11-07-2007 at 03:57 PM.
Re: how long does it take Triamterene to work. I agree with atengnr. Triamterene may not have a significant lowering effect on blood pressure. In fact, most blood pressure medications only reduce " average " blood pressure by around 5-7 points. It usually takes several classes of blood pressure medications (beta blockers, ace inhibitors, arbs ...
It's worth a try! Most women say their side effects go away within a few months, but if it doesn't for you, you may just need to try a different brand of pill or a different birth control method. I've been on Yasmin for about 6 years and love it. I was actually depressed BEFORE the pill, so I struggled with it at times now, but I'm doing great ...
You may start to feel better in a few days, but your bloodwork may not show the desired effect for 4-6 weeks. I started to feel the effects after about two weeks. Unfortunately, I felt no positive effects whatsoever but plenty of negative ones: wide awake at night, exhausted during the day, chronic diarrhoea etc.
Re: how long does it take for breasts to shrink back after stopping the Pill? I think it depends how much weight you gained while you were on it. If you gained a significant amount of weight like I did then it will take a long time to get rid of the extra weight. But if you only gained like 10 or 15 lbs then I wouldn't expect for that weight to ...
Accutane is pretty safe as long as u are monitored. It shrinks and puts ure pores to sleep. Usually you return almost back to normal in a month after ure done with the course. But with less oil than b4 starting the course. Good Luck, millions of people have taken it.
The theory is that the pregnenolone gave me my much needed cortisol (I also have adrenal fatigue, can't take cortisol supplements without extreme fatigue/anxiety), which caused the needed conversion. I had minimal bloating, weight was okay, more energy than usual, etc.

A bone x-ray would show any bone fragments or vertebre at another level that could be positioned in such a way that the docs can tell if another disk herniated somewhere. I didn't realize that you had returned to work, especially after working 9 hours a day. If your legs don't hurt, that is a GOOD sign.
