If you are moving with the interferometer, it is in your frame reference. Michelson-Morley would not be able to detect relativistic differences between themselves and the interferometer. And they didn't. Someone passing by Michelson-Morley's apparatus near the speed of light would not describe the apparatus as having equal light path distances.
