Suneo Honekawa (骨川 スネ夫, Honekawa Suneo, English dub: Sneech) is the fox-faced (inherited from his mother) rich child who loves to flaunt his material wealth before everyone, especially Nobita. A lot of the stories start with Suneo showing off some new video game, toy or pet which evokes Nobita's envy.
Doraemon (ドラえもん) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Fujiko F. Fujio. First serialized in 1969, the manga's chapters were collected in 45 tankōbon volumes published by Shogakukan from 1974 to 1996.
Suneo shows his diving photos in Palau to Gian and Shizuka. Nobita wants to go to Suneo's house to see more pictures, but he is unwelcomed and Doraemon comforts him. When Nobita wants to dive, Doraemon uses an "Underwater Pump Simulator" (架空水面シミュレーター・ポンプ) to pump the water out of Tokyo, causing the city to submerge.
The anywhere door explodes due to the attack of the Kaguya beings. Nobita tells Doraemon to use a "Bamboo Copter" to fly to the Moon, but Doraemon denies this. Mozo, the Kaguya turtle, comes out of Shizuka's shirt and tells them to use the emergency ship he and Luca used to go to Earth. Doraemon tells everyone to gather here at 7 pm.
The movie begins at the playground with Suneo showing off Micross, his new radio-controlled toy robot. Jealous, Nobita runs back home and begs Doraemon to build him a giant robot to upstage Suneo. Doraemon refuses and they argue, causing him to storm off to the North Pole using Door. Nobita soon follows after him and stumbles upon a bowling ...
Gian and Suneo made Nobita perform as the monster, as Nobita wanted to act. Gian beats Nobita as he was a space alien, where Nobita runs away to his house to ask help from Doraemon. After that, the two return to the hill and Doraemon takes a gadget from his pocket, which is a film director called Burger director.
Doraemon at first reject hims outright thinking it is ludicrous, but after learning news about recently discovered treasury, he helps Nobita in his sea voyage in search for the secret treasure. Bringing along Shizuka, Gian, and Suneo, they roam the Pacific Ocean while playing ship and sea danger simulators with Doraemon's gadgets.
Gian, Suneo and Shizuka are recaptured by the sky humans while Nobita, his Flying Shawl ruined, looks for Doraemon and learns that he is malfunctioning. The captive friends explore the kingdom with Paruparu, learning its history, and that the kingdom would carry out Plan Noah to destroy human cities and everything that's polluting Earth.
