Paluckas Cabinet is the 19th cabinet of the national government of the Republic of Lithuania. It consists of the Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas who is the Head of Government, and 14 government ministers from the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania , Union of Democrats "For Lithuania" , and Dawn of Nemunas .

During the 14th and 15th centuries, Lithuania was the largest country in Europe: present-day Belarus, Ukraine, and parts of Poland and Russia were territories of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. With the Lublin Union of 1569 Poland and Lithuania formed a new state, the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.
In 1994 the party's membership grew. Most of these new members were either former politicians (e. g. former Moderates Movement's leader Eugenijus Gentvilas) or employees of the infamous East-Baltic States-West investment company. In the 1995 municipal election, the party got 2.69 percent of the votes nationally and 40 councillors.
