Augustine's laws were a series of tongue in cheek aphorisms put forth by Norman Ralph Augustine, an American aerospace businessman who served as Under Secretary of the Army from 1975 to 1977. In 1984 he published his laws. [1] The book and several of the laws were the topic of an article in Sound and Vibration magazine in March 2012. [2]

The 2006 edition was the first edition of the Michelin Guide to New York City to be published. It was the first time that Michelin published a Red Guide for a region outside Europe. [4] In the 2020 edition, the Guide began to include restaurants outside the city's five boroughs, adding Westchester County restaurants to its listing. [5]
Augustine's Italian Village then moved to 833 E. Lutton Street, New Castle, Pennsylvania in 1960. On November 8, 2015 Augustine's Italian Village had a fire and lost everything. They reopened and move to 427 Commerce Avenue, which is now their current location. Since the fire, Augustine's Italian Village no longer has a take out restaurant.
