Illinois Route 43 (IL 43) is a 60.30-mile-long (97.04 km) major north–south state highway in the U.S. state of Illinois. It runs from U.S. Route 30 (US 30) in Frankfort north to the large intersection of IL 120 (Belvidere Road) and US 41 ( Skokie Highway ) in Waukegan .
Wagner Farm is an 18.6-acre (7.5 ha) farm owned by the Glenview Park District. Wagner Farm is the last remnant of a much larger farm which was owned and farmed by members of the Wagner family since their arrival in this area from Trier, Germany in the 1850s. In 1997, Rose Wagner, the last surviving member of the Glenview Wagner family, died.

Northfield Township is one of 29 townships in Cook County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 91,565. [1] The township office is located at 2550 Waukegan Road (just south of Willow Road) in Glenview. [2] The township was established on April 2, 1850. [3]
Between 1950 and 1980, the town's population rose from 3,319 to 30,735. Northbrook was the first community not bordering Lake Michigan to filter Lake Michigan water for public use. [15] Owing to the suburbanization of the community, the last working farm in Northbrook, the Wayside Farm, was sold and closed in 1987. [15]
