LegalFuel: The Practice Resource Center of The Florida Bar offers a host of free on-demand education programs, available at www.legalfuel.com/free-cle. LegalFuel Director Christine Bilbrey says the center currently offers 184 complimentary programs online that provide 208 hours of general CLE credit, including:
“Professionalism Expectations: A Mandatory CLE for Members of The Florida Bar,” produced by the Henry Latimer Center for Professionalism, may be accessed through The Bar’s InReach platform. Course No. 8262 has been approved for 2 CLE credits: both of which may be applied toward Professionalism.
Professionalism CLE. The Rules Regulating The Florida Bar 6-10.3 (b) requires that: “Every member must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours of approved continuing legal education activity every 3 years. At least 3 of the 30 credit hours must be in approved technology programs.
Members must post their CLE credits to their member profile, using the course reference number, or report credit directly to the LSE Department by emailing your Certificate of Completion to Bar staff.
Florida Bar members may now post their CLE credits online by logging on to www.flabar.org. The new CLE credit posting feature comes just months after applications were added to the Bar’s Web site to allow members to check their CLE hours and CLER reporting date information.
