The Kiski School (formerly the Kiskiminetas Springs School and often known simply as Kiski or Kiski Prep) is an independent, college-preparatory boarding school in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, United States. The school, named after the nearby Kiskiminetas River, is located about 30 miles (48 km) east by north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Kiski Area School District is a large, suburban/rural public school district located in Westmoreland County Pennsylvania. The district encompasses approximately 102 square miles (260 km 2 ) and consists of nine municipalities in Armstrong and Westmoreland counties, the district is headquartered in Allegheny Township .

The Kiski Junction Railroad (reporting mark KJR) was a short-line railroad that operated in Western Pennsylvania near the city of Pittsburgh. The railroad was based in the small community of Schenley which is situated at the point where the Kiskiminetas River flows into the Allegheny River .
He then enrolled at Kiski Prep in the fall of 1930, [2] and arrived at Stanford University in the fall of 1932, along with Kiski classmate Jim "Monk" Moscrip. [3] Hamilton, Moscrip, Bob "Horse" Reynolds , and Bobby Grayson played for Stanford's freshman football team during the 1932 season.
