The Rozelle Interchange is an underground motorway interchange in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was built as part of WestConnex and opened to traffic on 26 November 2023. [ 1 ] The interchange includes a toll-free bypass of Victoria Road between the Iron Cove Bridge and the Anzac Bridge known as the Iron Cove Link .

WestConnex in Sydney, Australia is the largest and longest road tunnel in Australia, with a length of 22 km. A joint project of the New South Wales and Australian Federal governments, the motorway scheme created around 33 kilometres (21 mi) motorway with 6-10 lanes between Homebush and Kingsgrove, passing underneath Inner West suburbs including Haberfield and St Peters.
The previous A4 on City West Link was also redesignated A44. This resulted in a discontinuity between the M4 and A4 routes for ten months, until the opening of the Rozelle Interchange in November 2023 which extended the M4 route along newly opened tunnels to meet with the A4 just west of Anzac Bridge.
